  • 5 oz Ground Beef 80/20 ground chuck
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into patties and season them with salt and pepper.
