This simple recipe will ensure you get the best of the worlds and assemble a juicy delicisou burger with your Blackstone.

  • 1 Blackstone Grille

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Ground Beef 80/20 ground chuck
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Hamburger bun
  • 2 Cheese slices American Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
  • Toppings Sliced toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into patties and season them with salt and pepper.
    5 oz Ground Beef, Salt, Pepper
  • Place the patties on the griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • If desired, add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
    2 Cheese slices
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the griddle for a minute or until lightly browned.
    1 Hamburger bun
  • Assemble your burgers with the cooked patties and your favorite toppings.
