This simple recipe will ensure you get the best of the worlds and assemble a juicy delicisou burger with your Blackstone.

- 5 oz Ground Beef 80/20 ground chuck
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To Taste
- 1 Hamburger bun
- 2 Cheese slices American Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
- Toppings Sliced toppings of your choice
Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into patties and season them with salt and pepper.
5 oz Ground Beef, Salt, Pepper
Place the patties on the griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
If desired, add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
