Traditional cookie dough is yummy but not that healthy. Cottage cheese edible dough is a great alternative if you are looking for an interesting flavor that is a bit healthier. While most recipes take pride in making it a high protein blend, today we are going to look a tangy delicious dough that you can eat raw or baked and doesn’t have the boosted protein powder content.

- 1 Pound Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla into a blender and slowly whip it until it forms a very smooth blend
1 Pound Cottage Cheese, 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup, 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Transfer all the pureed mix from the blender into your bowl and gradually add the almond flour while stirring and folding with your spatula

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in without mashing them up
